2. Personal data we process
Our website has no contact form, no accounts and no online payments. We do not ask for your name, phone number or email address on the site.
- Server logs: IP address, browser and device details, date and time of the visit. Kept automatically by our hosting provider for security and to run the site.
- Analytics data (only if you agree): pages visited, clicks on the booking buttons, approximate location (country, city) and device type. IP addresses are anonymised.
- Contact data: when you message us on WhatsApp or call us, your phone number, your name (if you share it), the content of your message and your appointment details.
3. Why we process it
- To receive and schedule your appointment requests and to stay in touch with you
- To keep the website secure and running
- If you agree, to understand which parts of the site are used so we can improve it
4. Legal grounds
- Bookings and contact: necessary to set up or perform a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c)
- Server logs: our legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f)
- Analytics cookies: your explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1). You can withdraw it at any time via "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page.
5. Sharing
Your data is only shared for the purposes above, with the providers we use: website hosting (Vercel Inc.), analytics if you consent (Google LLC / Google Ireland Ltd.) and, when you message us, WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). As their servers may be located abroad, data may be transferred outside Türkiye in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Transfers of analytics data rely on your explicit consent.
Data may also be shared with authorised public bodies where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Data is kept for as long as the purpose requires and for the limitation periods set by law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Analytics data is kept for no longer than 14 months.
7. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
- Know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred
- Ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected
- Ask for your data to be deleted or destroyed under the conditions of Article 7
- Ask for corrections and deletions to be notified to third parties who received the data
- Object to a decision against you made solely by automated systems
- Claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing
